Little Foragers Return and Refund Policy

At Little Foragers, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Perishable Goods (Any Packaged Food, Drinks, Bakery, Frozen Foods & Fresh Vegetables)

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on vegetables once they have left the store, as these are perishable items.


Non Food/Drinks Goods

For all other products, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

Items must be in their original packaging and condition, with proof of purchase (receipt).

Returns are accepted for items found to be expired at the time of purchase or recalled.

Change of mind or items with damaged packaging after leaving the premises are not eligible for return.


Return Policy for Non-Food and Non-Drink Items

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for non-food, non-drink products, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.


To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Custom or personalized items.

Personal care products (e.g., beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out to us.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item that qualifies, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
