Our return and refund policy follows New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). You are entitled to a remedy if the product does not meet one of the guarantees under the CGA. For non-perishable items, we offer a 7-day return window, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Perishable Goods:
Items such as fresh produce, bakery goods, or ready-to-eat meals cannot be returned or refunded once purchased unless they are faulty or expired at the time of sale, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
Non-Perishable Goods:
Non-food items (such as kitchen tools or packaged goods) can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with the original receipt.
If a product is faulty or doesn’t meet the guarantees set out under the CGA, you are entitled to a remedy — either repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation. Faulty items should be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe.
