Little Foragers Market - Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy
At Little Foragers, we offer flexibility with subscriptions and pre-orders to ensure your shopping experience is smooth. Below are the policies outlining how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions allow you to receive repeat deliveries of selected products based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details will be securely stored, and charges will occur for each delivery unless prepayment is selected.
Notice for Changes or Cancellations:
To modify or cancel your subscription, please provide at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled delivery. Any changes made after this cutoff may not be applied to the upcoming delivery, and you may be charged for that cycle.
You can manage your subscription via the order confirmation emails or by contacting our customer service. Cancellations will take effect immediately for future deliveries, and no further charges will be made.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are available for items that are out of stock or soon to be available. We may either collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, and your payment method will be stored securely. The remaining balance or full payment will be charged once the item is ready for delivery or collection.
Cancellation of Pre-Orders:
You can cancel any pre-order before the product is fulfilled and dispatched. Once the order is fulfilled, cancellations are no longer accepted, but you may request a refund if the item is faulty or does not meet expectations in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
3. Order Changes or Cancellations
For standard purchases, you can modify or cancel your order before it has been processed for delivery or pickup. Changes made after the cutoff time may incur a handling fee. If an order is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery, a $20 handling fee may apply to cover the processing costs.
4. Refunds and Returns
We comply with New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If any product you purchase does not meet acceptable standards, you are entitled to a remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue. For non-perishable items, we offer a 7-day return policy if the item is in its original, unused condition. Perishable goods like fresh produce or bakery items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or expired at purchase.
